Behaviour

We trust that our tenants will be looking after our apartment in the same way as we do. Our intentions are to provide them with the best possible facilities to enjoy their time in the apartment and to have all the comfort and convenience. We really hope that our tenants will find the apartment meeting their expectations and that they will enjoy their time there. In case any damages or loss are caused to the property by any tenant the security deposit of  300 euro which is taken by our agent on arrival will be used towards the damages or loss. If the damages or loss are higher in value than the security deposit the tenants will be required to pay the difference to our agent. The good neighbour attitude is expected so that people living in the building are treated with respect and consideration. When the good neighbour relationship is violated and there is any cause of danger, upset or distress to person or damage of property or in any way the reputation of the owner is damaged due to the behaviour of the tenants the owners reserve the right to terminate the stay of the tenants without paying any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.
